How long have you been working in the industry?
I’ve been working in this industry for 25years, working in such places as Hungary, north Ireland, Florida and Scotland.
What made you want to get into the industry?
My love for food was the reason why I decided to become a chef.
What’s for favourite meal to cook? Why?
If I had to choose an item of the menu, it would be the Cajun Chicken Pappardelle Pasta as it’s such a lovely dish to make and of course equally lovely to eat.
What drink would you recommend with it?
I would recommend a dry crisp white wine like the sauvignon Blanc to go with the Cajun Chicken Pappardelle Pasta.
